1. The Association will promote handball and paddleball events.

2. The Association will recruit participation from, but not limited to: Military Officials, college students, and competitors of all ages.

3. The Association will not tolerate any sort of discrimination towards race, religion, sex, age or gender.

4. Members must always conduct themselves in an ethical and moral fashion.

5. One of the Association’s main objectives is to increase overall participation amongst youth and women.

6. The Association will hold qualifying tournaments throughout the year which will end with a final World Championship event to determine the best of the best.

7. The Association will hold periodic meetings with Board Members to enhance and improve the growth of the organization.

8. Members are encouraged to submit suggestions and/or ideas for consideration.

9. The use of drugs and alcohol are prohibited at all tournaments.
